During this time, "HOLD" is displayed. After the 10 seconds, the instrument
automatically switches off in order to save the batteries.
Select the required unit (°C/°F) for indication. With the laser switch on, the
laser point marks the approximate centre of the measurement area.
Thereby, it is easier to make accurate measurements.
