Noise and vibration data
Measurement values were determined according to EN 60745.
•
The vibration level specified in this manual has been measured according to a measuring method standardised
in EN60745 and is suitable for device comparison.
•
Vibration levels will change according to how the power tool is used and may in some cases exceed the level
specified in the is manual. Vibration exposure may be underestimated if the power tool is used so as to cause
high vibration levels on a regular basis.
Note: The time in which the device is switched off or running without actually being used should be included for an
accurate assessment of vibration exposure during a given period in operation. This may significantly reduce
exposure levels over the total period in operation.
Assembly
Insert the pressure hose (2) into the air outlet on the pump.
•
Turn the connecting nut (3) a quarter of a turn clockwise (bayonet fitting).
•
Screw the corresponding adapter (15, 16) into the pressure hose as required.
•
Charging
•
You will need to charge the battery pack (6) before you use your pump for the first time.
•
Always use the power supply unit (12) supplied to recharge the battery pack. This charger is designed to be
used for the Li-ion battery in your cordless power tool.
•
Remove the battery pack (6) by pressing down on the fastening clips (7) on the battery pack and pulling the
battery pack (6) out of the tool.
•
Insert the charging plug from the power supply unit (12) into the battery's charging socket.
•
The red LED on the power supply unit will light up while charging.
•
Once this LED turns solid green, the rechargeable battery pack is fully charged and ready for use.
•
Install the battery pack by sliding it into the device grip until you hear it click into place.
Operation using the 12V vehicle battery
You may also operate the pump directly from your vehicle's 12V battery.
Replace the battery pack (6) with the dummy battery (13) into the pump grip.
•
Plug the car adapter plug into the cigar lighter socket in the vehicle.
•
You may now operate the pump from the vehicle battery.
•
Switching on and off
Press and hold the (9) button until the display lights up. The spotlight (8) will illuminate at the same time.
