The Fernox Solar Flow Pump has been designed to facilitate easy
filling and cleaning of solar heating circuits.
Net weight 14.6 Kg without hoses.

• Filling port with shut-off ball valve and flexible connection hose
• 25 litre solar fluid tank with large port for easy filling
• Can be used to draw fluids directly from external containers
• Flushing/deaeration port with shut-off ball valve and flexible hose
• High output filling pump

Information: Notes before operation
• Not suitable for use with cleaners that are incompatible
with aluminium
• Caution: Risk of electrical shock. As with all electrical
equipment, avoid operating with wet hands
• It is best practise to connect the Fernox Solar Flow Pump via a
Residual Current Device (RCD)
• Caution: Risk of scalding. Care should be taken as hot fluid
can return from the collectors during filling and cleaning
• It is best practise to cover collectors when filling solar thermal
systems to also avoid breakdown of heat transfer fluids through
thermal shock as well as reducing the risk of scalding
• Caution: Risk of explosion. Under no circumstances use with
flammable heat transfer fluids or cleaners. If in doubt consult
the fluid manufacturer
• It is best practise to operate the Fernox Solar Flow Pump within
a bund tray
• The Fernox Solar Flow Pump should not be left unattended
during operation. Never allow the pump to run dry.
