ASSEMBLY TOOLS REQUIRED - see list of the assembly tools provided in the
CARTON CONTENTS section of this Manual.
ASSEMBLY TIME ESTIMATE - 1~2 Hours.
INSTALL PILOT HOLE DRILL BIT
place the switch in the "OFF" position.
1.
Clean and insert the shank of the drill bit
into the collet of the drill motor (Fig. 3) until
the shank bottoms.
2.
Depress the spindle lock (A) Fig. 3 and
rotate the collet nut (B) Fig. 3 CLOCKWISE
by hand until the lock engages the hole in
the motor spindle.
3.
While holding the spindle lock engaged, tighten the collet nut securely by
turning CLOCKWISE, using the 11/16" wrench provided.
INSTALL THE POCKET CUTTING BIT
source and place the switch in the "OFF"
position.
1.
Clean and insert the shank of the pocket
cutting bit into the collet of the pocket
cutting motor (Fig. 4), until shank bottoms.
2.
Lay the motor on its side on the bench with
the collet pointing AWAY from you.

ASSEMBLY
Disconnect the drill motor
from power source and

bottomed in the collet.
Never tighten collet without bit inserted, to do so may cause
damage to the collet.
Disconnect the pocket
cutting motor from power
T h e b i t m u s t b e f u l l y
bottomed in the collet.
