Connections of the battery temperature and voltage sensor
There is a terminal on the lower part of the battery charger (see picture)
with the numbers NTC – NTC – +VB. Insert the battery temperature
sensor in contacts NTC and NTC (optional): you can switch the positions
of the two conductors. Find the hottest part on the battery pack,
degrease it, clean it and apply the sensor with bi-adhesive tape.

VOLTAGE
SENSOR
The battery temperature sensor is automatically detected when the
appliance is turned on, once it has been connected. If the battery
temperature goes over the threshold value of 40°C, the battery charger
reduces the voltage output so to limit the distributed current to a value
below 10A. At the same time, on the upper panel, the TEMP.BATTERY
warning led goes on. Only when the battery temperature goes below the
value of 35°C will normal operations start again at the point in which they
were interrupted.
To reduce battery charging time, you may use the cable drop
compensation function. Connect the positive terminal of the battery to
contact 3 using a conductor having a maximum section of 1.5 mm².
CAUTION:
INSERT A 1Amp FUSE IN SERIES INTO WIRE +, TERMINAL 3.
