The robot has a water propelling nozzle at
the bottom of the top swivel head. Water is
first sucked in from the suction mouth on at
the bottom of the robot, goes through the
filter and then discharged from the propelling
nozzle. Water jetting from the nozzle propels
the robot forward. Once the robot stops
against an obstacle like pool wall, its side
flap rotates and its swivel head turns 180
The robot will start moving in the opposite
direction. The robot moves in a generally
straight pattern in one direction and in an arc
pattern in the other direction. While moving,
the robot vacuums the pool bottom capturing
the debris inside the debris compartment.
