6.2.3 Recording a heart rate measurement
Note
Please be aware that heart rate recording in the history is only possible if an active Bluetooth
place between the fitness tracker and the app.
• Swipe left on the screen if you want to measure your heart rate.
• To start measuring your heart rate, tap the "Start" button.
The fitness tracker starts to record your heart rate.
iOS/Android:
• To stop the recording, tap the "Pause" button.
• Below it you will see a history of the measurements of your heart rate recorded so far.
