PM COVER GRILLE
PM cover grilles are designed to be used primarily with KORAFLEX trench heaters (FKO, FKT, FKB, FKP, FVO, FVE, FVP, F2V, F4V).
PM cover grilles are available in standard sizes (see the KORAFLEX trench heater catalogue). Non-standard sizes can be ordered through filled-
up „Product Specification Form for Atypical products".
PM cover grilles: commonly available materials and types
• Aluminium elox A profile – elox colours available: silver, black / dark or light bronze, any RAL colour. Grille types: roll-up or linear
• Wood – wood types available: oak and beech, without surface treatment or lacquered with colourless varnish. Grille type: roll-up only
• Stainless steel – for dry environment only. Grilles type available: roll-up or linear
• Steel – for dry enviromnemt only. Delivered in RAL 9006 lacquer as standard, other RAL colours upon request. Grille types: roll-up or linear
PM cover grilles – designs made to order
• Wood – mahogany – without surface treatmen or lacquered with colourless varnish
• Cross – made of steel, pencilproof, delivered in RAL 9006 lacquer as standard, other RAL colours upon request
• Thin – aluminium elox – designed solely for KORAFEX THIN trench heaters, available in silver, black / dark and light bronze elox.
Grille type: roll-up only
• T-profile slats - aluminium elox – used for curved grilles only – exclusive tailor-made project solution
Linear grille type
It is strongly recommended to order linear grilles (aluminium A-profile, Stainless steel and steel) together with the respective trench heater.
If delivered separately, the producer cannot prevent small dimensional deviations.
Custom-made grille designs
It is strongly recommended to order Thin and Cross grilles together with the respective trench heater. If delivered separately, the producer cannot
guarantee a perfect dimensional match of the grille and the trench heater.

Product code
Production width (mm)
Dimensional tolerance +0-1,5mm. The grille code is derived from the matching trench heater width given in cm.
In case of a grille with non-standard dimensions, the code indicates the NET grille width in cm.
