We recommend you start with a weak current and increase progressively the first few times you

use the appliance. Do not increase the current too rapidly. Once you are used to the stimulation
you can increase the intensity progressively.
Always «warm-up» ( intensity 1) for a few minutes before each session.
5. Duration of the session: a duration of 20 minutes per session per electrode position is
recommended, with one or two sessions per day.
If you wish to modify the position of the adhesive electrode during a session, switch the
Intensity knob to the OFF position. You may then reactivate the appliance, to avoid an electric
shock.
6. If you wish to stop the session during a treatment, turn the Intensity button to the OFF
position, and remove the adhesive electrodes when the appliance is stopped.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
CLEANING
1. Cleaning the main unit:
Use a dry cloth without detergent to remove dirt from the Stim+.
2. Cleaning the adhesive sheets
Simply hold the unplugged electrode under clear running water, rinse and rub the adhesive
side carefully to remove dust.
3. Storing the adhesive electrodes.
Apply the electrodes to the plastic backing.
STORAGE
- Store the appliance out of the reach of children.
- Do not store the main unit in a location subject to high temperatures, high levels of humidity or
direct sunlight. Place it in its box in a dry place.
- Do not dismantle the unit without authorisation; do not drop or knock the main unit.
