In addition to the instructions in this operating manual, comply with the national laws, regulations,
and directives in your country when setting up and operating the machine.
Only permissible original spare parts / accessory parts must be used.
The use of different parts holds unknown risks and must be avoided at any rate.
Kulzer GmbH will not accept any liability for damage to the unit resulting from inexpert repair which has not been
performed by Kulzer service agents or if no original spare parts / accessory parts have been used during the exchange
of these parts.

Intended use

The HiLite pre 2 unit is used for gelling/pre-polymerization of the following materials in the dental laboratory, which are
suitable for a wavelength of 405nm:
– light-curing composite materials
– bonding of special 3D photopolymers
– light-curing color fluids and varnishes for dentures
The processing instructions for each material that is being processed must always be followed without deviation.
CAUTION
Do not use the unit for the activities described below:
– Do not use the unit for the final polymerization of the materials named above.
– Do not use the unit to heat or prepare food.
– Do not treat or use with or in the vicinity easily combustible materials, liquids or gases.
– Do not use on patients.

Scope of delivery

Check whether all components are free of issues when delivered. Please contact your supplier for any complaints.

– 1 x handpiece ( lithium ion battery included) with Operating Instructions.
– 1 x power supply unit with internal plug adapters, glare shield, on/off switch protective covering, clip, docking
