Heat pad
Instructions:
1. Flex the inside metal chip few times until the pad starts to
crystalize, heat up and harden.
2. Gently knead the hardening liquid.
3. If using in very cold surroundings, wrapping the pad in a towel or
cloth will help prolong the heat.
How to re-use:
Fully immerse the pad into a pot of boiling water for approximately
10 to 20 minutes until all crystals in the pad disappear.
Caution:
1. Do not place it directly on skin after boiling.
2. Do not puncture the pad.
3. Do not flex the metal chip until the pad cools down after boiling.
4. Do not bend the metal chip.
5. Do not put into the boiling electric kettle as the heat element will
melt the plastic pad.

Gel-Wärmekissen
Anleitung:
1. Biegen Sie das innenliegende Metallplättchen einige Male hin
und her, bis das Gel im Pad zu kristallisieren beginnt, sich dabei
erwärmt und schließlich aushärtet.
2. Die sich aushärtende Masse vorsichtig kneten.
3. Bei Gebrauch in sehr kalter Umgebung hilft es, das Pad in ein
Handtuch oder Tuch einzuwickeln, um den Wärmevorgang zu
verlängern.
Wiederverwendung:
Tauchen Sie das Pad nach Gebrauch ca. 10 bis 20 Minuten lang
