13. Warranty
Mercatus Ingenious heath tech shall only be responsible for any manufacturing defaults in the WonderXPure detected within (1) one year
as from the date of the sale invoice. For purposes of warranty, it is assumed that the equipment is installed in accordance with
manufacturer's indications contained in the instructions for use and/or on the adhesive label, that it is used for the purpose it was designed
and that maintenance is made by specialised technicians. The scope of the warranty is restricted to the supply and shipment free of charge
of the defective components, parts and accessories.
The following is expressly excluded from the conditions of the warranty:
All and any expense related with travels and labour;
Problems arising from the incorrect installation or use by the customer or operator;
Any components, parts and accessories subject to mechanical wear and tear arising from use, such as lamps and lighting system,
magnetic seals, feet, wheels, rollers, hinges and locks;
Equipment to which non-original parts have been applied;
Damages and losses arising from deterioration and/or misuse from customer or operator.
