1.3 Usage
• Position the infrared lamp as described in the instructions for use.
• Prepare the desired treatment distance.
• Switch on the infrared lamp as described in the instructions for use for the infrared lamp.
• Sit down in preparation for the application.
• Hold the protective goggles to your eyes and pull the rubber band over your head. To make the rubber band longer/
shorter, pull on the strap at the side.
• To end the application, first take off the protective goggles. Then switch off the infrared lamp.
Replace the product after a period of use of 3 years.
1.4 Storage
If you do not plan to use the protective goggles for an extended period of time, we recommend storing it in its original
packaging in a dry environment, ensuring that it is not weighed down by other items.
1.5 Cleaning
Clean the protective goggles from time to time. Use a slightly damp, soft cloth to clean it. Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning products.

The device must always be switched off, disconnected from the mains and allowed to cool down before changing the
infrared lamp.
The procedure for replacing the infrared lamp is as follows:
1. To remove the protective cover, unscrew the screw on the side using a screwdriver.
2. Carefully pull the protective cover off the device.
3. Unscrew the old infrared lamp from the device.
4. Fully screw the new infrared lamp into the device.
5. Place the protective cover back on the device.
6. Tighten the screw on the side of the protective cover using a screwdriver.
7. Check that the protective cover is firmly attached to the device.
Please note that only infrared lamps of the original type, R95E (100W), may be used as replacements.
WARNING
• Do not touch the infrared lamp or unscrew it when it is connected to the mains.
• Unplug the device, to avoid the risk of electrocution.
• In the interest of environmental protection, do not dispose of the device in household waste.
