CHANGE ALL STAINLESS STEEL
MAIN GRILL BURNER ORIFICES
A. Remove all burner grates
and diffusers.
B. Remove the anchor bolt
holding the burner in
place. Slide the burner
straight back and out of the end
of the gas valve.
C. Use a 1/2" deepwell
socket to remove the
brass orifices from the
end of the gas valves.

D. Select the correct size orifice from the
"Monogram Grills – Orifice Chart." Install the
new orifice into the gas valve. Use a 1/2"
deepwell socket wrench to tighten. The orifice
is stamped for identification.
E. Reinstall the burners and anchor bolt.

CHANGE THE INFRARED SEAR
BURNER ORIFICE (on some models)
A. Remove the anchor
bolt on the left side of
the sear burner. Slide
the burner straight
back and out of the
end of the gas valve.
B. Using a 1/2" deepwell
socket, remove the
brass orifice from the
end of the gas valve.
C. Select the correct size orifice from the
"Monogram Grills – Orifice Chart." Install the
new orifice into the gas valve. Use a 1/2"
deepwell socket wrench to tighten.
D. Reinstall burner and anchor bolt.

CHANGE THE ROTISSERIE
INFRARED BURNER ORIFICE
A. Use a Phillips screwdriver
to remove the rear access
cover and screw (2 covers
on ZGG540).
B. Use the 1/2" wrench
to remove the brass
orifice at the end of
the supply pipe.
C. Select the correct size orifice from the
"Monogram Grills – Orifice Chart." Install the
new orifice (2 on ZGG540) into the gas valve.
Use a 1/2" wrench to tighten.
NOTE: Orifices are stamped with the numbers for
easy identification.
D. Reinstall access cover(s) with original screws.
