Troubleshooting
PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE/SOLUTION

Locks will not engage.
•
Lid will not open.
•
No seal was formed.
•
Seal button is pressed
but nothing happens.

Be sure to push down firmly on both corners while attempting to engage latches.
Lid may not have released automatically. Press down on the front lid corners to release locks.
If too many seals were made in rapid succession, the unit may be too hot. Wait 2 minutes and retry.
Once Seal button is pressed, the red light comes on indicating that the vacuum sealer is heating to seal the
bag. Wait about 6 seconds. The vacuum will come on briefly to finish the seal and release the locks.
