COOKING
Carefully wash all accessories and the inner housing first. Allow to ventilate the internal compartment
keeping the container (4) away for about 30 minutes. Before starting with the first cooking, turn on the
appliance for 10 minutes at the maximum temperature.
- Connect to a suitable and earthed power socket.
- Extract container (4) with care, and check that the tray is properly mounted on the base of container.
- Insert food in the container (4) and replace the container into the housing (3).

- On the display appears 80 degree and 20 minutes. Set program, temperature and time of cooking, as
explained in following paragraphs. Press
Caution: Never use container (4) without tray. Do not touch container or inner parts of appliance
during cooking and until complete cooling. Touch only the handle (5).

Some foods should be mixed and shaked at half cooking. Take the handle (5) and extract container (4).
Shake it, then replace in its position.

When you ear the timer sound (5 beeps), cooking time is finished. Extract container and check if food is
ready. If not ready, replace container in its position and set additional cooking of some more minutes.
Note: appliance can be switched off manually, pressing

To remove food, take out container pour food in a dish.
Be careful to the hot steam when you remove container after cooking.
Don't turn the container upside down (4), because oil and cooking residues on the bottom of container
could drip on the foods.

Once cooking finished, if you want to start another one, air
fryer is immediately ready.

Pressing again button Menù, you can choose between 7 preset programs: cake, onion rings, chicken, fish,
pizza, meat, chips. When chosen program:
o Set temperature with the buttons
o Press
to start cooking. The red light on the disply flashes to indicate that appliance is working.
Note. Time and temperature set on each program are studied to have correct cookings for the relative
food. It is advised to change time and temperature only based on experience (eg. Previous cookings not
finished or too long).
During cooking:

Do not extract the container if not necessary to mix or check food cooking.

You can stop appliance pressing button ( ).

If you extract container (4), to mix as example, cooking goes in standby and when you the replace
container it restarts from the stopping point.
