SUFFOCATION HAZARD
Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between a Mattress too small or too thick and
product sides.
• On soft bedding.
NEVER add a Mattress , pillow, comforter, or padding.
• On added pillows, blankets and extra padding.
• When trapped between product and adjacent
surfaces.
• Only use the mattress provided by manufacturer

• NEVER place extra padding under or beside infant.
• ALWAYS use on floor. NEVER use on any elevated
surface.
• ONLY use Inclined Sleeper when it is securely
attached.
• NEVER use Inclined Sleeper in different product.
• ALWAYS place child on back to sleep.
• ONLY one child can use the Travel Yard at any time.
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
ALWAYS attach Inclined Sleeper securely. If Inclined
Sleeper is not secured, child in Travel Yard / Non-Full
Size Crib can lift or shift Inclined Sleeper and get neck
trapped between Inclined Sleeper and Non-Full Size
Crib / Travel Yard frame.

Failure to follow these warnings
FALL HAZARD:
using the Inclined Sleeper when infant:
• Begins to wiggle out of position or turn over in the
product, or
• Head touches the upper edge of the product, or
• Weighs more than 15 lbs (6.8 kg) (approximately 3
months of age).
• ALWAYS use restraint system.
