Insert the threaded eye bolt into the front of the spring by turning
the throwing arm, tighten the spring by hand.

Tighten the spring (with the help of a crank (spanner) for example) bearing
in mind that the tighter the screw, the speed of the clay is increased

que plus le ressort sera tendu, plus la force donc la vitesse du
plateau sera élevée.
