Hearth Pad
i. Remove the grate, place the hearth pad on the
fl oor of the fi rebox, and then reinstall the grate.

2. Place the two holes in log #2 on A1 and A2.
Ensure the two notches fi t over the fi rst and
second grate post.
note:
Place glowing embers on the burner, in front of the large cluster of ports (not illustrated). The burner has been designed to
have large fl ames in these locations. If not, blue fl ames will be present.

4. Place the locator of log #4 into the hole on the
far left side of log #2. Rest the opposite end of
log #4 on the far left side of log #1.

1. Place log #1 at the back of the burner tray,
ensuring the notch fi ts around the pilot shield.

3. Place the two holes in log #3 on B1 and B2.
Ensure the two notches fi t over the third and
fourth grate post.

5. Place the locator of log #5 into the hole on the
far right side of log #3. Rest the opposite end
of log #5 on the far right side of log #1.
