Cleaning
∙ Pull the plug; your appliance must be free of current.
∙ Remove the blades from the motor part carefully by pressing
the blade fixation.
∙ Do not immerse the unit into water.
∙ Wash the blades carefully in warm soapy water and dry them
well. Slip the blade guard over the blades.
∙ Wipe the motor part with a damp cloth and put the electric
knife into the box.

How to Assemble and Use
This electric knife is perfect for slicing cooked meats and poultry and many bakery items but not
frozen meat and similar hard foods.
CAUTION:
