    SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS EYE PROTECTION which conforms to ANSI specifications and provides protection against flying particles both from the FRONT and SIDE should ALWAYS be worn by the operator and others in the work area when connecting to air supply, loading, operating or servicing this tool.

    DO NOT EXCEED THIS RECOMMENDED OPERATING PRESSURE. AIR CONSUMPTION: Model D62ADC/DS-3219/DS-3522 requires 4.0 cubic feet per minute (.113 cubic meters) of free air to operate at the rate of 100 fasteners per minute, at 80 p.s.i. (5.66kg/cm ).

  • Page 5: Lubrication

    Frequent, but not excessive, lubrication is required for best performance. Oil added through the air line connection will lubricate the internal parts. Use BOSTITCH Air Tool Lubricant, Mobil Velocite #10, or equivalent. Do not use detergent oil or additives as these lubricants will cause accelerated wear to the seals and bumpers in the tool, resulting in poor tool performance and frequent tool maintenance.

    “O”-rings. Coat each “O”-ring with “O”-LUBE before assembling. Use a small amount of oil on all moving surfaces and pivots. After reassembly add a few drops of BOSTITCH Air Tool Lubricant through the air line fitting before testing.

    Se necesita una lubricación frecuente, pero no excesiva, para obtener el óptimo rendimiento. El aceite colocado a través de la conexión de la línea de aire lubricará las piezas internas. Use el Lubricante para herramientas neumáticas BOSTITCH, Mobil Velocite #10 u otro equivalente. No use aceite ni aditivos detergentes porque estos lubricantes causarán un desgaste acelerado a los sellos y topes de la herramienta, ocasionando un rendimiento deficiente y mantenimiento frecuente de la herramienta.

Prenez le débit réel auquel l’outil fonctionnera afin de déterminer la quantité d’air requise.

    Une lubrification fréquente, sans être excessive, est requise pour une performance optimale. L’ajout d'huile par la conduite d'air permettra de lubrifier les pièces internes. Utiliser du lubrifiant pour outil pneumatique BOSTITCH, Mobil Velocite no 10, ou l’équivalent. Ne pas utiliser d’huile ou d’additifs détergents, car ces lubrifiants causeront une usure accélérée des joints et des amortisseurs dans l’outil, lequel aura alors une mauvaise performance et nécessitera une maintenance fréquente.
