2 hook whisks (D): fit the one with the circle on the shank
into the seat with the larger hole and press right down
(you will hear a click), taking care that the fins on the
shank are aligned with the slots in the seat.
First use
Wash and dry the whisks (see Cleaning and Maintenance section)
Use
During use, hold the appliance firmly and ensure that the whisks are
immersed to about half their length. The container with the ingredients for
mixing must be held still.
Make sure that the plug is not connected to the power socket and that the
switch is on "0".
Fit the whisks suitable for the intended purpose.
Connect the plug to the power socket.
Immerse the whisks in the middle of the mixture for processing and start
mixing with the lowest speed, gradually increasing it to the speed required:
then take care not to overload the motor, causing it to cut out. The whisks
should be moved through the mixture in a figure of 8, if the container is large
enough.
If the whisks jam, disconnect the appliance from the power socket and remove
the ingredients which have jammed the whisks.
The appliance is able to operate for no more than 5 minutes if used in normal
conditions, meaning that the motor is working with a normal load. The motor
and rotating parts must not overheat: if the motor is over-strained, the
continuous use time must be shorter than indicated above. Allow the appliance
to cool down before using it again (about 10 min.).
To switch off the appliance: turn the switch to "0", wait for the whisks to come
to a complete stop, remove the plug from the power socket, and remove the
whisks by pressing the ejection button. Keep the appliance disconnected
during even short periods out of use.
Remove the plug from the power socket if unused for any period of time.
