Make sure that the power cord is correctly positioned and is not in contact with
sharp edges, or wound around the appliance or twisted, and does not become
entangled, to prevent the appliance from falling.
Place the appliance and the container with the foods:
- well away from heat sources (e.g. other ovens, gas burners, etc.)
- on a firm, horizontal surface which does not have a delicate finish (e.g.
lacquered kitchen units, tablecloths, etc.), in a position where they cannot be
knocked, and far enough from the edge of the unit to prevent them from
falling.
- well away from containers holding liquids, such as sinks, etc. If the appliance
is accidentally wet or immersed in a liquid, first disconnect the power supply
by turning off the control panel switch, and only then remove the plug from
the power socket. Dry both the plug and the power socket carefully before
reactivating the power socket. Reconnect the plug to the power socket and
then use the appliance. If in doubt, call in qualified staff.
In case of a fault or malfunction, or if the power cord and plug are damaged,
switch the appliance off and have it checked by qualified staff; repairs by
unqualified staff may be dangerous and lead to the loss of warranty cover.
USE
The beater consists of the following parts:
-
Switch (A). Switches the appliance on and off and selects 5 speeds: "1" is
the minimum (for mixing fairly solid, elastic mixtures), "5" is the maximum
(for more fluid mixtures).
-
Turbo (B). It operates the beater at top speed (5) regardless of the speed set
(from 1 to 4): the function starts when the button is pressed and stops when
it is released.
-
Handle (F)
-
Whisk ejection button (C): press to remove the whisks. The button is only
operational if the switch is in the "0" (off) position.
-
2 loop whisks (E): press the shank of each whisk right into the hole provided
(you will hear a click), taking care that the fins on the shank are aligned with
the slots in the seat.
