During use, take continuous care that:
-the appliance is handled safely and with a firm grip,
and that your fingers and hair or even parts of your
clothing (edges of sleeves, laces, pendants, etc.) are
always at a safe distance from the whisks and rotating
parts
-the whisks are immersed in the foods by about 50% of
their length and are vertical.
-the speed selected is compatible with the motor, to
avoid over-straining it.
-the container with the foods is far enough from the
edges or danger zones (hobs etc.) and remains stable
during mixing.
-nothing

If the whisks jam, switch the appliance off and remove
the plug from the power socket, then remove the
ingredients which have jammed them.
The appliance is able to operate for no more than 5
minutes if used in normal conditions, meaning that the
motor is working with a normal load. The motor and
rotating parts must not overheat: if the motor is over-
strained, the continuous use time must be shorter than
indicated above. Allow the appliance to cool down
before using it again (about 10 min.).
Do not use the appliance for mixing boiling hot liquids.
