3. Before use, check if the voltage stated on the wo-
ven label matches your mains voltage.
4. After unpacking, immediately check the heating
pad for completeness. Also, check for damage or
signs of wear before every use. Do not use the ap-
pliance if cord, control element, power plug or
connection adapter are damaged or if the appliance
is malfunctioning in some other way, f.e. if the
heat flow is interrupted. In this case, pull the plug
from the socket right away. Never do repairs your-
self, give the appliance to Solis or a certified Solis
service point instead to have it checked, repaired or
mechanically or electrically maintained.
5. Do not let the power cord hang over table edges to
prevent it from being pulled down. Ensure that it
does not come into contact with hot surfaces like
stove tops or heaters.
6. Never pull or carry the appliance by its cord. Never
pull the cord or the appliance to remove the power
plug from its socket.
7. The control element must not lie on top or be-
neath of the heating pad or be covered in any
other way while in use.
