9 - Cleaning and maintenance

Wait until the apparatus is cold before any cleaning procedure in order to avoid any risk of burns.
Ensure that the canister taps are closed
After each use:
It is imperative to empty and clean, according to your Barbecue model, the drawer (080)
AND/OR the dripping-pan (081).
Remember to put the clean dripping-pan AND/OR the drawer back in place before the next use.
191
Cleaning tip:
192
Cleaning the plancha: When the plancha is still lukewarm, take a spatula and scrape the top of the
plancha, making all of the waste fall into the dripping-pan.
193
Clean the top of the burners, the sides of the trough AND/OR the plancha using a damp sponge
(water and washing up liquid).
Do not use an abrasive product.
Every 10 times you light it:
Remove dust and soot from the inside of the piezo ignitions and clean them so that they can
function properly.
Every 2 months:
The burners should be dismantled, cleaned and checked.
The air and gas passage holes and the burner holes can be blocked by insect nests,
spiders' webs or dirt.
These problems can cause reduction of the heat or dangerous ignition of gas outside of
the burners.
Then reassemble the burners and leave them to dry before using them again
Maintenance of burners enables correct performance and reduces rust.
Replace burners if they are not operating correctly (pierced boiler)

10 - Transport and storage

Never move the barbecue while it is use.
Wait until the barbecue is completely cold before moving it.
When the barbecue is not in use, ensure that the gas canister is properly closed.
During the winter, clean the grills, burners, drawer and inside of the tub.
Do not store the barbecue grill with the tank; store the tank in a well-ventilated place.
When not using your Barbecue grill for a long time, store your product in a place where it cannot
be damaged by the elements and if possible, away from any humidity.
