6. Attach the Top Shelf (Da) with twelve #8x1⅝" Black Screws (M) throught the predrilled holes in
the top shelf and into the pilot holes in the top edge of the Left Side Panel (Aa), Right Side
Panel (Ba), and the Vertical Dividers (Ca). NOTE: With holes aligned, the back edge of the
Top Shelf should be flush with back edge of Side Panels and Vertical Dividers. See Figure 6.
Start all screws BEFORE FULLY TIGHTENING.
NOTE: If you have already assembled the 495W Base, loosen the six
screws and washers and nine rafix bolts in the 495W top and remove
the top from the unit now.

7. Attach the 495W Top Shelf with four #8x11⅝" Black Screws (M) throught the predrilled holes in
the top shelf and into the pilot holes in the bottom edge of the Left Side Panel (Aa) and the
Right Side Panel (Ba). See Figure 7. Start all screws BEFORE YOU FULLY TIGHTEN
EACH SCREW.
