projektspezifisch auf eine Anwendung ausgelegt
worden. Die Errichtungshinweise (nach EN
60079-14 bzw. Abschnitt 4 dieser Betriebsan-
leitung) und die protokollierte Erstinbetriebnah-
me (EN 60079-17 bzw. Abschnitt 5 dieser
Betriebsanleitung) sind Voraussetzungen für
einen sicheren und ungestörten Betrieb.
Die Heizeinrichtung muss nach der Installa-
tion einer thermischen Endprüfung unterzo-
gen werden, da für die endgültige Festle-
gung der Temperaturklasse nicht alle Rand-
bedingungen
bekannt
waren.
Diese
thermische Prüfung kann durch einen Sach-
verständigen (kompetente Person) oder
durch den Hersteller ausgeführt werden.
Nachträgliche Anpassungen an der Heizein-
richtung und an den Schutzmassnahmen
dürfen nicht vorgenommen werden.
Die Heizeinrichtung kann nur mit einer Freigabe
durch den Hersteller für eine andere Anwendung
eingesetzt werden. Entsprechend der Anwen-
dung kann eine neue thermische Stückprüfung
erforderlich werden.
Betreiben Sie die Heizeinrichtungen bestim-
mungsgemäss im unbeschädigtem Zustand und
nur dort, wo die Beständigkeit der Materialien
für Gehäuse und der Heizelemente gewährleis-
tet ist.
Die Mindestschutzart IP 54, IP 65 bzw. IP 66 des
Anschlusskastens ist bei nicht korrektem
Zusammenbau nach EN 60529 nicht mehr
gewährleistet.
Lassen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung und andere
Gegenstände während des Betriebes nicht im
Anschlusskasten der Heizeinrichtung liegen.
Beachten Sie bei allen Arbeiten an den Heiz-
einrichtungen die nationalen Sicherheits-
und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und die
nachfolgenden Sicherheitshinweise in dieser
Betriebsanleitung, die wie dieser Text in Kur-
sivschrift gefasst sind!

Après le montage, l'installation de chauffage
devra être soumise à une vérification ther-
mique finale du fait que toutes les conditions
secondaires pour l'allocation définitive de la
classe

n'étaient

connues. Cet examen terminal peut être
effectué par une personne compétente ou
par le fabricant.
Aucune modification ultérieure ne doit être
apportée à l'installation ou aux mesures de
protection.
L'installation de chauffage ne peut être affectée
à une autre utilisation qu'avec l'accord du fabri-
cant. Une autre affectation peut en effet néces-
siter un nouvel essai thermique individuel.
Utilisez l'installation conformément aux pres-
criptions, en état non endommagé uniquement
et seulement dans des emplacements où l'inal-
térabilité du matériel de l'enveloppe est assurée.
En cas de montage incorrect, l'indice minimal
de protection IP 54, IP 65 ou IP 66 selon EN
60529 n'est plus garanti.
Ne laissez jamais ce manuel ou d'autres objets
dans l'armoire/le coffret de connexion durant le
service.
Pour tous les travaux touchant l'installation
antidéflagrante de chauffage électrique, il y
a lieu d'observer les prescriptions nationales
de sécurité et de prévention des accidents
ainsi que les indications de la présente noti-
ce ayant trait à la sécurité. A l'instar du pré-
sent alinéa, ces indications sont imprimées
en italique.

The installation requirements (to EN 60079-14 or
Section 4 of this Manual) and the commission-
ing report (to EN 60079-17 or Section 5 of this
Manual) are prerequisites for subsequent safe
and trouble-free operation.
After installation the heating unit must be
subjected to a final thermal test, since all the
conditions impacting on the final specifica-
tion of the temperature class will not have
been known. This thermal test can be carried
out by a qualified assessor (competent per-
son) or by the Manufacturer.
No subsequent modifications may be made
to the heating unit or to the associated safe-
ty measures.
The heating unit can only be used on another
application with the Manufacturer's express
written approval. A new thermal routine test may
be necessary as appropriate for the application
concerned.
Operate the heating units only for their intended
duties in an undamaged condition, and only
where the materials of the enclosure and the
heating elements are compatible with their envi-
ronments.
If the terminal box is not correctly assembled,
the minimum degree of protection IP 54, IP 65
or IP 66 as per EN 60529 is no longer guaran-
teed.
During operation, do not leave this Manual or
any other objects in the terminal box of the heat-
ing unit.
Whenever work is done on the heating units,
the national safety and accident prevention
regulations and the safety instructions given
in this Manual (stated in italics as in this
paragraph) must always be observed!
