SMELTS FRYING
Cooking time : 30 min
Ingredients for 2 people
100 g of flour
1 lemon
Salt, pepper
Smelts cored, cleaned, and dried on kitchen paper
Parsley
Display the smelts in a floured dish with lid and shake it. The fish is
floured. Drop the surplus of flour. Immerse the preparation in hot oil at
180 °C during 6-8 minutes. The preparation should be browned.
Drain off the oil on a kitchen paper, salt and sprinkle pepper on the
preparation. Set with parsley and pieces of lemon out.
