The cooking times are given as an indication. They depend on quanti-
ties, kind of foodstuffs and every one's taste.
FROZEN FOOD
FROZEN FOOD
All the frozen foods are not ready to be used : non breaded fish filets,
whole fishes, brains... are to be defrosted and then cooked like fresh
food.
But it is no use to defrost pre-fried chips, fish nuggets, breaded fish
filets.
Fry smaller quantities than for fresh food (no more than the 3/4 of the
basket's capacity i.e. 750 g).
