Special recommendations :
• Clean the appliance before first using (see "Cleaning" underneath).
• This deep fryer should only be used for consumable foodstuffs.
• Do not use the deep fryer without oil inside. Check the oil level is
always between MIN and MAX (level is visible inside the internal
removable tub). Do not overflow MAX level to avoid any risk of hot
oil splashes.
• The deep fryer and the oil can have very high temperatures. Keep
children far from the place where the deep fryer is in use. Be careful
not to be splashed with hot oil and always immerse foods cautiously
in hot oil.
• Never put salt in fried foods above frying.
• It's essential to take away the lid of the deep fryer when in use. The
lid should be only replaced for storing.
• Never cover the appliance with any kind of material when in use.
• Always check out the hot parts of the appliance should never come
in contact with inflammable materials such as curtains, tablecloth.
• It's important to keep the deep fryer clean as it comes into direct
contact with food.
• If the deep fryer is not regularly used, pour the oil and clean the
deep fryer before storing it.
• Always put the On/Off interrupter (5) on "Off" position and the
temperature control knob (4) on "0" position before storing the
appliance.
• Wait until the complete cooling of the deep fryer before moving it,
cleaning it and storing it. Always unplug it before handling and at
the end of every preparation.
• Always carry the deep fryer with the lateral handles (8) of the
appliance.
