Troubleshooting
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi
- Check if you have selected a 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi which is the same that your phone is connected with. (If your router is a
dual band, make sure your phone and the Smart Desk are connected to the 2.4 G signal).
- Check if you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password.
- Check if there are any internet problems. If necessary, reset your Wi-fi router and try again.
- It is recommended to perform add/pairing on only one device at a time.
- If the network configuration fails for two or three consecutive times, it is recommended to power off the device for 5
seconds and then power it on again, exit the app background and reopen it, and then try a new network configuration
operation.
