Electronic functions are not
functioning properly
Rising at a low speed
Downward sliding
Frequently reset
Goes down but does not go up;
or goes up but does not go down
Desk does not go up or down
to desired height
Cannot go up at the bottom
Overheating
(Duty cycle:Max 2min on/18min OFF)
USB cannot be charged
Press the down button to raise,
but the device lowers instead
Solution
Check if all the cables are connected well
1.Check if desk surface is overloaded.
Maximum loading weight is 40kg/88lbs
2.If it's not overloaded, please take a
short video to show problems and contact
customer support for further assistance
Reset operation
(see page 14)
Restart after suspended for 18mins while
connecting with power;
Solution 1 - Reset the desk
Solution 2 - Wait seconds for using after
rising or lowing the desk
1.Check if there are obstacles under the
desk or if there are wires in the way
2.If problem persists, please take a short
