Operation
Power take off socket operation
• The Power Take Off (PTO) Socket (13) provides power to external devices.
The PTO is designed to be used in conjunction with an external machine
that requires dust extraction
• Connect the Flexible Hose (2) to the dust extraction port on the external
machine
• With the On/Off Switch (12) in the 'II' position, the vacuum can be
controlled using the connected machine's current draw
• The vacuum will power itself 'on' to work in conjunction with the
machine that is connected
• When the machine connected to the Power Take Off (PTO) Switch is
switched 'off' the vacuum will simultaneously switch 'off'
Note: For European users re-use the supplied UK converter plug fitted to
the mains cable to use the built-in Power Take Off (PTO) Socket with CEE
7/4 and CEE 7/7 plugs. For CEE 7/16 plugs the EU to UK Converter Plug
(279528) is required and for CEE 7/17 plugs the EU to UK Converter Plug
(693451) is required both additional purchases.
