to dissolve the starch from the potatoes. Now turn the strips over in the oil and

crispy.
Hazelnut brownies
• Serves: 10
• Preparation time: 40 - 60 minutes
• Ingredients:
• 70g chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
• 50g sugar
• 45g flour
• 30g chopped hazelnuts
• 70g butter
• 1 - 2 egg(s)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 packet baking powder
Initially, heat the chocolate with butter in a steel pan gently, by stirring it con-
stantly to prevent the chocolate from being burnt. Then allow it to cool down
briefly.
In the next step, beat the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar with a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Then add the chocolate mix to the flour, nuts and a pinch of baking powder and
stir.
Then place a baking paper on the Pizza tray and pour the dough on it and spread
it evenly. Slide the tray into the Arendo multi-functional oven and bake the dough
at 180°C for 18 - 20 minutes. To ensure that the dough is creamy inside, insert
a wooden skewer into it. Once the dough is crispy outside, a small amount of
dough should still be sticking to the wooden skewer.
Remove the dough from the multi-functional oven and allow it to cool briefly. You
can now cut the finished dough into bite-size brownies.
