CABLE INFORMATION
TYPE: Types can be Leaks, or Cable Break Bus (communication loss), or Cable Break Sensor (only the sensing part), or Cable Break End of Circuit (missing end plug), bit 7 is a common fault for these three Cable Breaks, show this register in Binary.
STATE: States can be New, or Seen, or Acknowledged, or Ejected, when a cable is ejected, the TYPE and LOCATION Registers won't code alarms anymore, show this register in Binary.
LOCATION: Locations are given in meters, the system will return a 0 value when there is no alarm, associations will affect this value and the location is always given as per the panel display (I.E. 587 meters), show this register in Decimal.

4099 FOR CIRCUIT 3 GLOBAL STATUS, this will show if there is any Leak or Cable Break anywhere on Circuit 3
