2. When the water temperature in the water tank has reached the set temperature, compressor and fan will
stop working and the "ON" LED light is off. At this time, the machine stops cooling.
For example: When the water temperature in the aquarium is 25 °C and you want to cool it down to 20 °C,
operate as follows: set temperature is 20 °C, compressor and fan will start working after 15 seconds,
"Refrigerating" indicator light is on, cooling starts. When the water temperature drops to 20 °C, compressor and
fan stop working. The "ON" LED lights will be off and the machine stops cooling.

4.3. Heating Mode

3. When the water temperature in the water tank is lower than the adjusted set temperature - temperature
difference, the compressor and fan will start to work and the heating indicator light is on. At this time, the
machine starts heating.
4. When the water temperature in the water tank has reached the set temperature, compressor and fan will
stop working and the heating indicator light is off. At this time, the machine stops heating.
For example: When the water temperature in the aquarium is 20°C and you want to heat it up to 25 °C, operate
as follows: set temperature is 25 °C, compressor and fan will start working after 15 seconds, "Heating" indicator
light is on, heating starts. When the water temperature rises to 25 °C, compressor and fan stop working. The
"ON" LED lights will be off and the machine stops heating.

4.4. Fault codes

When a problem happens, machine will stop working and show the following fault code.
E01: Water temperature sensor fault (machine stops working)
E02: Water flow sensor fault (water flow sensor is open)
- After the water pump has been working for 30 seconds, it will start testing the water flow. (If water flow
fault happens 3 times within 1 hour, controller will be locked. Please turn off the machine and restart).
E03: Liquid level switch fault (liquid level switch is open)
After the water pump has been working for 30 seconds, it will start testing the liquid level. (If liquid level

fault happens 3 times within 1 hour, controller will be locked. Please turn off the machine and restart).
E04: High pressure fault
Test pressure after compressor has been working for 3 seconds. If high pressure fault happens 3 times

within 1 hour, controller will be locked. Press "ON/OFF" button to restore.
E05: Low pressure fault
Test pressure after compressor has been working for 90 seconds. If low pressure fault happens 3 times

within 1 hour, controller will be locked. Press "ON/OFF" button to restore.
E12: Fan sensor fault: Alarm sounds 5 times, shows the fault code "E12" 5 times.
E16: Defrost sensor fault: Machine stops working.
EOE: Telecommunication's fault: machine still works according to the set temperature. (Please choose a
different telecommunication line).
How to restore the factory password:
On shutdown state, press "UP" button and hold for 10 seconds. The "Enactment temperature" window is flashing
once, that means it had restored the factory password.
How to turn on /off the liquid level switch and water flow switch: (Factory default: 1)
Within 10 seconds after connecting to the power supply and on shutdown state, press "DOWN" button for 10
seconds, it will show number "0", "1" or "2". ("0" means liquid level switch and water flow switch are shutdown.
"1" means water flow switch is in working state, liquid level switch is shutdown, "2" means liquid level switch is
in working state, water flow switch is shutdown.)
If the flow rate is too low, an error will occur. If it is not possible to increase the water flow, cancel the water
flow meter. Short cut the two black wires (No. 19) at the heat exchanger and the chiller works without flow
control.
