Using the handle

To reduce fatigue, the handle position can be turned 90° to the
left or right.
Do not press the switch while doing this.
Proceed as follows:
▪ Release the handle by pressing the side tab;
▪ Turn the handle until the tab locks;
▪ When the handle is locked in the new position, you can press
the throttle trigger again.

Cutting techniques

Do not allow anyone to come close to the running appliance.
Cut the sides first and then the top.
Vertical cut:
With a one-sided hedge trimmer, always cut from the bottom
upwards. With a double-sided hedge trimmer, cut in an arc from
the bottom upwards and then in the opposite direction to use
both sides of the blade.
Horizontal cut:
For best cutting results, tilt the blade slightly in the direction of
the cut. Cut slowly, especially in thick hedges. Always follow the
safety instructions.
Hedge trimmers should only be used on hedges or small shrubs.
It is strictly forbidden to cut other types of material.
Do not use it as a lever, to move or break objects, or block on
fixed supports.
It is forbidden to install tools or accessories other than those
indicated by the manufacturer. Do not use for trimming trees or
cutting grass.
Only use the acceleration required to perform the work.
Excessive engine speed is unnecessary. Avoid cutting thick
branches as they will damage the blades and reduce the service
life of the machine.
Tilting the blade between 5° and 10° will make the work easier
and result in a more effective cut.
When the machine is used for the first time, grease may come
out of the gearbox, but as there is excess grease, there is no
reason for alarm.
