Malfunction description

Causes
Rice cooker not plugged in.
A ploblem with the internal
connection of the indicator
light or the indicator light is
damaged.
Control switch not in the
cooking position.
Lid is badly closed.
Micropressure valve not
well positioned or
assembled incorrectly.
Lid or micropressure valve
gasket is damaged.
Not enough or too much
water compared to rice
quantity.
Mode is in the slow cooking
setting.
Condensation collector
missing or condensation
collector overflow.
Solution
Check the power cord is
firmly engaged in the rice
cooker and the appliance is
plugged into the outlet.
Send to Authorized Service
Center for repair.
Push the control switch into
the lower position.
Open and close the lid
again.
Stop the cooking (unplug
the product) and check the
valve is assembled correctly
(2 parts locked together)
and well positioned.
Send to Authorized Service
Center for repair.
Refer to cooking chart for
water quantity.
Slide the switch to the
"rice/steam" mode.
Send to Authorized Service
Center for repair.
Empty the condensation
collector after each use and
check it is correctly
positioned.
