Preparation:
1. Pour the desired amount of rice, twice the amount of water and a little salt into the
mixing bowl.
2. Insert the measuring cup and bring to the boil at 100 °C for around 3 minutes.
3. Take out the measuring cup, reduce the temperature to 80 °C and simmer for around
20~25 minutes. Then check whether the rice is cooked and extend the time if necessary.
4. When the rice is cooked, drain it through a sieve.
Fish
Fish is steamed in the steaming unit. To do this, slightly grease the steaming
attachment or intermediate base and steam it like vegetables (see "Steaming
Vegetables").
Soups and Stews
The device is highly suited to preparing soups and stews. The ingredients are chopped
up in the mixing bowl and cooked as they would be in a pan. At the same time, the
steaming unit can be used for steaming.

Recipe Ideas

Pepper and Onion Dip
Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes
Ingredients:
½ red pepper
1 onion
150 g crème fraîche
175 g cream cheese
Salt, pepper, sweet chilli sauce, tomato purée (to taste)
Preparation:
1. Peel onion, cut it into quarters and place in the mixing bowl.
2. Wash the pepper, cut it into chunks and place them in the mixing bowl.
3. Press the PULSE button three times for around 2 seconds and chop up the
ingredients.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl.
5. Mix together for approx. 15 seconds on speed level 1.
This dip goes very
well not only with raw
salads, but also with chips
and nachos! The dip is also
suitable as a delicious,
vegetarian sandwich
