ASSEMBLY
Step 1: Fit the door into the f rame using
the 2 hinges - upper and lower - and 4 x 40
mm screws 2 mm f rom the lower edge of
the f rame, so that the door does not scrape
when opened. Attach the outer latch and
inside handle using the 4 x 20 mm screws.
Fit the panels on a flat base with the hinges
and 4 x 40 mm screws according to the
floor plan pages 8 or 9. Note the direction
of the full panels (horizontal centre pillar at
the same height as the half panels). Screw 3
hinges to each panel, with the central one
below the horizontal centre pillar of the
panel, so that it is not in the way during the
installation of the worktop.
THE STRUCTURE IS SELF-SUPPORTING. IN WINDY LOCATIONS HOWEVER, WE RECOMMEND
AFFIXING THE TIKI HUT TO THE GROUND WITH METAL BRACES.
Step 2: Place a tiki clamp at the end of each
panel according to the diagonals on the
floor plan on pages 8 & 9. Complete step 3
before screwing the clamps tightly, so that
you can adjust them if necessary.
