5 years warranty
You get a 30 day warranty (1 month) from purchasing any MadameParis product. Your order number is the only thing you need as proof of purchase.
If you wish, we're offering a 5 years warranty, the only proof of purchased needed will be your order number.
In case of an issue would come up, you have to provide us your proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue, with some pictures or a video
that will easily enables us to check the state of the product.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from :

Normal wear of the product.
•
Accident due to a lack of reasonable care or due to not respecting the usage instructions that are going with this appliance
•
Service performed by a non-authorized repair service or person.
