TEL 400 power supply uses a three wire power cord (2 poles + earth). Earth should be connected to the power net earth.
Never use this equipment without an earth connection.

Check the earth quality before use.

In case of hum when connected to other equipment, never disconnet the earth, use transformers for isolation from mains.

