5. Memory management
The information regarding remote controls and operation selections
are stored in the module memory.
To restore the factory-set configuration and erase all remote controls
previously stored in the module memory, proceed as follows:
q Turn off the module.
q Turn the module on again while holding the clear key SW3 (see
fig.2.2) until LED and buzzer will turn off.
q Wait about 10 seconds until the module beeps once signalling that
the clearing phase is completed.
6. Remote Controls Management
6.1 First programming
Turn on the module and wait until it beeps once, then:
1. Press keys 1-4-5-8 simultaneously if you are using a TR14, or
press all keys if you are using a TR2 or a TR4, until a short beep
followed by a continuous sound will be emitted: the learning phase
is in progress.
2. Now press any key on the transmitter: LED and buzzer will turn off
for a short time, then turn on again to confirm that the remote
control has been stored in the module memory.
After the first learning, it is possible to store other remote controls by
repeating steps 1 and 2 until the sound alarm remains activated.
The learning phase ends either at the pressure of the clear key SW3
or automatically about 25 seconds after the last storage.
F
When one or more remote controls are stored in the module
memory, a signal transmitted by key • is interpreted as a
"Local Open" command, a signal transmitted by key ‚ as
"Local Close" command. The appliance can also receive a Centralized
Open, Centralized Close or Stop command via radio (equivalent to
those via cable). These three commands are not activated in the
standard configuration: to modify and/or complete the standard keys -
RF commands configuration, read par. 9.
!
To prevent an accidental programming, turn off other appliances
within the range of the remote control you are using if such appliances
have still to be programmed.
