1. Introduction and Safety Notes

The Aprimatic M230HR Motor Control Modules are radio controlled
appliances for the remote control of operators used to automate
windows, doors and rolling shutters powered by 230 VAC. They are
supplied with a standard configuration that can be modified according
to the procedure described in this manual. Radio signals can only be
sent by Aprimatic transmitters.

The appliance has no inputs or devices for detecting failure
conditions. If necessary, the operators must be connected to an
independent system able to interrupt the circuit in such events.

F Thoroughly read these instructions before installing the product
and doing the interventions specified by the manufacturer.
F The product can be installed and maintained only by qualified
technicians.
F Always work in well-lit areas meeting the requirements of the
safety at work legislation of your country. Always use instruments,
tools and equipment in good state.
F Always use original spare parts.
F Do not use the product in an improper way or for purposes other
than those envisaged.
F Do not tamper with or modify the product.
F Always turn the power off before any interventions on the
appliance.
F The electrical system must be made consistent with the electrical
code in force in the installation country.
F The appliance is not equipped with grounding terminals: the
operator must be connected to a separate ground system with
efficient plates.
F Protect the appliance and the connected motor with a thermal
switch of suitable size with a current balancing threshold of 30 mA.
F After the installation, check the correct functioning of the appliance
and the controlled automation.
F Keep children clear of the working range of the automation during
operation; do not allow children to play with fixed control devices;
keep the transmitters out of the reach of children.
