PLEASE REMOVE THE WHITE PLASTIC PROTECTOR FIXED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DRAIN.
ENLEVER LE PROTECTEUR BLANC FIXÉ AU DRAIN.
- We strongly recommend to have access from the floor below. It will help you to connect the piping much more easily.
Connecting without having access is also possible.
- Determine the location of the bathtub, taking the position for the faucets into accourt as well as the water supply piping
and the drain.
- Install the plumbing and drainage before securing the unit in place.
- Before cutting a hole in the floor for drain piping, ensure the space is free of pipes, floor joists, heating ducts and electrical wires.
If the location for the bathtub is not free of these please contact a building structure expert prior to cutting any joist.
- Nous recommandons fortement d'avoir accès à l'étage inférieur. Cela facilitera grandement le raccordement du drain.
Il est toutefois possible d'installer le bain sans cet accès à l'étage inférieur.
- Déterminer la position du bain en tenant compte de la position du robinet, des conduits d'eau et du drain.
- Installer en premier lieu la tuyauterie et le système de drainage avant d'installer le bain.
- Avant de découper le trou dans le plancher pour la tuyauterie, s'assurer que l'espace sous le plancher est libre de
conduits d'eau, de solives, de conduits de ventilation et de fils électriques. Advenant que l'un de ces éléments s'y retrouve,
contacter un expert en structure de bâtiment avant de couper toute solive.
