User instructions
The Soft Stop type SPC10-POT-... has been designed for fitting
into a machine or automated system. In conjunction with per-
mitted drives (e.g. cylinder type DGP(L)-... or DNC-...) and
measuring systems (e.g. type MLO-POT-...-...) as well as a pro-
portional directional control valve type MPYE-5-... , the SPC10
enables fast movement into two end positions set with fixed
stops. End position cushioning is controlled electronically.
More detailed information on the SPC10, especially on the per-
mitted valve-drive measuring system combinations can be
found in the user manual for the SPC10 (type P.BE-SPC10-...).

This quick reference is directed to users who are familiar
with the SPC10.
You must observe the safety regulations specified in the
manual for the SPC10, type P.BE-SPC10-...
PLEASE NOTE
Always switch on the operating voltage supply first and then
the compressed air supply.
Before undertaking installation and/or maintenance work,
switch off the following sources of energy either at the same
time or in the sequence indicated.
1. the compressed air supply
2. the operating voltage supply for the SPC10.
