Installation recommendations
Predrill all bolted connections
in order to avoid damaging the wood parts.
The following symbol in the instructions
will remind you to do this:
General installation of the wall panels
The figure shows the cut through a
wall panel with profile wood boarding
on both sides.
All wall panels are fitted with a
vapour barrier and thermal
insulation.
After installation of the sauna,
the vapour barrier must always
be located directly behind the
interior boarding.
The inside of the wall panels
is marked on the inside of the frame
timbers with a stamp imprint.
Before installing the
individual panels, ensure that the
grooved side (viewed from outside) is always located on the left.
The wall panels are fitted with fastening wood for the bench brackets.
These are located approx. 36 cm and 80 cm above the floor.
You can recognise the position of these wood pieces from the visible screw heads in the element frame.
Make sure that these screw heads are located in the lower half of each wall panel when installing it.
Preparing the wall panel for installation of the multi-function control system
For installation of the control unit, the
opening height in the wall panel must be 10 cm.
To attain this height, push the profile board and
the plastic pipes upward and out and shorten
the board and pipes accordingly.
CAUTION: It is absolutely necessary that this
be carried out BEFORE the wall panel is installed.
R1-R5: These function as mounting tubes for
the electric cables of the mains supply cable,
the sauna lamp and the sauna stove, originating
from the control unit.
R1 + R4: for cable from the furnace control module
to the sauna stove
R2: for cable from the furnace control module
to control unit
R3: Reserve
R5: Reserve
