6.1 Displaying information that is longer than the display

• You can display data from the Phone Book or the Callers List that are longer than the
15 characters of the display as follows :
• Keep pressing the "*" key to display the numbers of the phone number which are not
visible.
• Keep pressing the "#" key to display the letters of the name which are not visible.
Remark
• The " *"symbol is displayed as 3 dashes.
• The "#" symbol is displayed as "H".

7 Contrast Control

After having installed the phone, it is recommended to set the display contrast.
1. The phone must be in standby (handset down and handsfree off).
Keep pressing the "Û" or " Ü" key.

3. The display contrast will change, becoming lighter or darker.
4. Release the arrow key when you have reached the desired result.

8 Date and Time

If you have the "Ken-je-beller
automatically during the first call answered. During each call containing "Ken-je-beller
information, the clock will be set.
You can also set the clock manually as follows:
1. Keep pressing the "Telefoonboek/Menu" key until "TELEFOONBOEK" is displayed.
Keep pressing the "Û" or " Ü" key until "INSTELLINGEN" is displayed.

3. Press the "OK" key to select this menu option.
4. "DATUM + TIJD" is displayed.
5. Press the "OK" key to select this menu option.
6. The time (24 hours format) and date (day/month) can be modified with the numerical
keys.
7 . Correct a wrong entry with the "Wissen" key.
8. Press the "OK" key to confirm the correct entry.
9. "DATUM + TIJD" is displayed again.
10. You can quit the menu by pressing the "Terug" key repeatedly. This will subsequently
bring you back to the previous menu until the menu is quit.
If you do not press a key during 15 seconds, the phone will automatically quit the menu.
T o quit the menu immediately, you can briefly pick up the phone and put it down again.
