INSTALLATION AND OPERATION MANUAL

General

The kit is available for the following kettles:
Proveno, Viking Combi, Culino Combi 40, 60, 80, 100
The kit consists of the following components:
• Bottom mixing tool
• Blender lid for the kettle
• Hand mixer with special adapter

Safety

Switch off the appliance immediately in the case of failure or malfunction.

Before using the kit, ensure that all personnel have suffi cient training in how the kit works.
The appliance should not be used by anyone suffering from a physical or mental illness or by inexperien-

ced people (including children).
Never put your fi ngers in the hand mixer mounting hole.
STOP
Make sure that hand mixers mixing tool is securely attached to the engine housing
The kettles standard mixing tool must not be used together with the blender-kit.

Never mount or dismount the hand mixer when the kettles bottom mixing tool is running.
STOP
The hand mixer must not be mounted while the food is being prepared (prolonged steam vapor dama-

ges the hand mixer engine housing). Only mount when the food is ready to be blended.
STOP
The blender lid must not be removed if the hand mixer is mounted.
The blender-kit is intended to be used only with cooked products and a lot of liquid.
